"We just moved to Lake Mills this past weekend and, during the process, our old thermostat fell off the wall after the painters and movers left and is now broken. Unfortunately, it was a proprietary Carrier unit, so it wasn't a simple DIY fix. I sent an email on Sunday requesting service, and first thing Monday morning, Rosy called with a solution and promptly scheduled Logan to come out. Logan was fantastic!
